At Nestasia, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the products are unused, unwashed, and kept in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  Reverse Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive within 2-3 business days to collect the package from your registered delivery address.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
